Single Risk Committee

News from the European Council reveals a blocking majority of member states emerging to halt progress of the Late Payment Regulation in its current form. This creates an opportunity to develop new policies which can much better address the underlying problems, including enforcement mechanisms to prevent poor payment terms and abusive behaviours.
