The International Credit Insurance & Surety Association (ICISA) is proud to announce the fourth edition of Trade Credit Insurance Week, taking place 15 – 18 September 2025.
Since its launch in 2022, Trade Credit Insurance Week has become a go-to global event for exploring how credit insurance supports businesses, drives growth, and strengthens trade in an ever-changing world. This year’s programme brings together top voices from industry, technology, and policymaking for four days of insightful, forward-looking online sessions.
The week kicks off with a keynote by Regina Doherty, Member of the European Parliament (EPP), on how the digital economy, sustainability, and resilience are shaping the future of trade.
Highlights from the agenda include:
• AI in Action – real-world applications of artificial intelligence in underwriting by CrediArc.
• The digital business era – transforming trade credit insurance distribution through technology with Marc Henstridge of Atradius, Francois Burtin of Allianz Trade and Lydie Charpin of Mastercard.
• The fog of (trade) war – navigating tariffs, export controls, and geopolitical tensions, with a spotlight on China–US dynamics.
• Adapting distribution – how business models and channels are shifting in a digital-first world with Marsh, Tryg Trade, the Association of International Credit & Trade and EFCIS UK.
Whether tackling geopolitical uncertainty, artificial intelligence, or the role of sustainability, this year’s edition offers fresh perspectives and practical insights for anyone connected to credit insurance – from practitioners and policymakers to regulators, media, and businesses using TCI.
