Join us for an inspiring afternoon of conversation, insight, and connection at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel in the heart of Rome.
The event “From Imposter to Influencer: Women thriving in global workplaces” explores how women can transform self-doubt into confidence and influence within multinational environments. In international organizations, navigating cultural diversity, leadership expectations, and professional growth can bring both opportunities and challenges. One of these challenges, imposter syndrome, is experienced by many talented professionals, often limiting their confidence despite clear achievements.
Through presentations and interactive discussions, participants will reflect on how imposter syndrome can be recognized, addressed, and even reframed as a catalyst for personal and professional development. The event will also highlight the role of culturally diverse networks in supporting women’s empowerment, fostering collaboration, and helping professionals thrive in global workplaces.
This gathering aims to create a space for open dialogue, shared experiences, and meaningful connections among professionals working in international and multicultural environments.
