The committee reviews organisational, managerial and/or strategic industry issues. Representation on the COMI is recommended to be at Chief Executive Officer, Management Board, or persons of equivalent seniority level. Membership of the COMI applies to all Members and follows automatically from Association Membership. The Chair of the COMI is an ‘ex-officio’ office held by the Vice-President, with the President assuming the chair if the Chair is for any reason unable to do so at a committee meeting.
