The overwhelming response and high-quality nominations of the past editions set a new benchmark for excellence, inspiring us to expand the awards even further.

It is essential that nominations are clear and detailed to give the judging panel a full understanding of each candidate’s achievements, impact, and leadership. Unsung Hero Award: recognises a woman within credit insurance industry whose contribution may not always be highly visible, but whose impact is deeply felt by colleagues, clients, brokers, partners, or the wider market.
Trailblazer Award: For a woman pioneering new strategies and setting new standards in credit insurance.
Rising Star Award: Recognizing emerging professionals with outstanding promise (now two awards, brokers and insurance).
Outstanding Mentor Award: For those dedicated to mentoring and supporting women in the industry.
The Leader Award: created to recognise a woman in the credit insurance industry who demonstrates outstanding leadership, positive influence, and a commitment to helping others succeed
Lifetime Achievement Award: Celebrating a long, impactful career with lasting legacy (now two awards, brokers and insurance).
