ICISA appoints Annet de Grooth as new Executive Director

The International Credit Insurance and Surety Association (ICISA) has announced the appointment of Annet de Grooth as its new Executive Director, marking a new chapter for the Association as it begins its second century. De Grooth brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry, with expertise spanning surety underwriting, reinsurance and leadership, and currently serves as Head of Surety Europe at Dual Europe. She will succeed Richard Wulff and will work closely with ICISA’s members, Management Committee and stakeholders to further strengthen the Association’s voice and representation of the global credit insurance and surety industry. Her appointment comes at an important time as the industry continues to evolve amid changing economic and geopolitical conditions. De Grooth will focus on building on ICISA’s strong foundations, raising awareness of the sector’s contribution to global trade, investment and economic resilience, and further developing ICISA as an international platform for knowledge, expertise and collaboration.
